Erika Vidor, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), is an experienced marriage and couples counselor committed to fostering lasting connections. With a wealth of experience in relational dynamics, Erika specializes in guiding couples towards healthier, happier partnerships. Erika assists couples struggling with communication issues, parenting, conflict resolution, intimacy issues, emotional distance, lack of trust, and life transitions. In addition to couples, she enjoys serving individuals looking for support towards feelings of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, and trauma. Her comprehensive approach for couples and individuals combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT Trained), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Processing tailored to each unique individual and relationship. Erika is passionate about creating a safe and confidential space for pastors, clergy, missionaries, and ministry workers. Erika is a certified Tri-Care Provider.

Audrey C. Andersen, Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP), is a compassionate counselor dedicated to supporting adults, both individuals and couples, on their journey toward emotional well-being. With 20 years of experience, Audrey combines a diverse and holistic approach, with a dash of humor, to create a nurturing environment where clients can explore their challenges and develop effective strategies for growth and healing.

Believing that authenticity is the key to a balanced and happy life, Audrey is committed to encouraging self-honesty and helping individuals identify their needs and strengths. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, rooted in wellness, and tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Audrey is trained in EMDR therapy and holds certifications as a Clinical Social Work Supervisor and a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. She approaches her work with compassion and without judgment, guiding clients toward clarity and direction in their personal journeys.

Sarah Mulroney, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), is an engaging and dedicated counselor. Sarah is passionate about assisting young adults going through life transitions (college to working, single to married, moving to a new city, etc.) and the various challenges that come with change. She is also skilled in working with teenagers to help transform negative patterns into healthy lives ready for all the world has. Involving and working with families to assist teenagers have safe and vibrant relationships is an important part of her care. Sarah incorporates an individual-centered approach which leads to empathetic care and does not believe that solutions are one size fits all!

Sarah is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Another area that Sarah specializes in is helping develop a healthy body image and relationship with the body for clients. She is experienced to work with trauma, depression, anxiety and incorporate faith into care if desired.

Meredith Yuhas Gawai is honored to hold the position of Founder and Executive Director at Deeply Well, a role driven by her unwavering commitment to the well-being of her fellow Charleston, SC residents.  A native Charlestonian, Meredith's profound dedication is rooted in her sincere desire to witness her hometown's people achieve and sustain optimal health and wholeness.

Additionally, Meredith is a compassionate and dedicated trauma-informed counselor, specializing in providing support to women 12 years old and up who have experienced various forms of trauma. Meredith is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and sees clients who have experienced developmental trauma, sexual trauma, medical trauma, traumatic grief, and secondary traumatic stress. She draws from a range of evidenced-based methods including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Movement Therapy (DMT).

Melissa Colleton, Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), is dedicated to community wellbeing. She serves as Deeply Well’s Intake Coordinator and Community Resource Liaison. With a background in Community Mental Health, she has served as a Social Worker for the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice and the Department of Social Services. Melissa is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She has a passion for the wellbeing of the local community.

Zenas Gawai is the Director of Business Operations at Deeply Well. Zenas earned a Masters of International Business degree from the University of South Carolina. He holds vast experience in developing start-ups into profitable businesses. He excels in building client relationships, providing strategy with market research, and implementing customer experience metrics
